All of our printing products either have a specified or choices of turnaround times on the product pages. As all prices are including artwork design, therefore all turnaround times are in effect once artwork is approved. This would apply to customers supplying their own artwork, please contact us for printing prices without artwork design.
Yes! A 3-revision artwork design process is included with all of our printing products. Once an order is completed, our design team will be in touch to discuss your printing requirements.
We will be able to use your existing artwork, but please follow the artwork requirement guide on this page. Please get in touch first if you are supplying your artwork, as we will offer a discount for all printing jobs with customer supplied artworks.

Artwork Requirement
All of our printing products are supplied with personalised artwork design service. However, if you would like to use an existing artwork, we are more than happy to use it. Please get in touch first before placing your order, as we will offer a discount for all printing jobs with customer supplied artworks.
To supply your own artwork
Please follow these requirements to avoid any artwork charges. If your artwork isn’t properly formatted, we will contact you to discuss options. Please keep in mind, this will delay your order from its standard turnaround time.
Artwork Checklist
To ensure colour accuracy, we ask that all submitted files be saved in CMYK. All submitted RGB files will be converted to CMYK before printing. Such a conversion will likely cause a colour shift in your finished product and this is not covered by warranty.
- Verify your artwork is set at the actual size you want it printed
- Format: JPEG or PDF
- Colour: Four Colour Process (CMYK)
- Bleed: 3mm
- Safe Zone: 3mm
- Resolution: 300dpi
- Fonts: Outlined or Embedded
