Course Access
How do I get access to the courses?
You must be a registered user of our website to start any training courses. Simply click the ‘Buy Now’ button on any course page to add your desired course to the basket, you will have full access to the course once check out is completed. You can start your training straight away by following the link on the order acknowledgement page, or you can start anytime you wish by visiting the course page.
Does my course access expires?
No, once you have enrolled to any of our courses, the course material will always be available to you.
Can I use my mobile device to learn?
You can use any smart mobile phones or tablets, as well as laptops or desktops to carry out your training courses, as long as you have internet connection.
We do recommend using Google Chrome for the best training experience.
Can I take the courses from outside UK?
Yes. All of our courses are delivered and assessed 100% online, so you can take our courses from anywhere in the world with an internet connection

How is the course delivered?
All of our courses are delivered 100% online. Follow this link for a step by step guide on how to use our training platform.
Do I have to finish a course in one attempt?
All of our courses have advisory average duration on the introduction page to help you manage your training schedule. But if you can not finish your training in one go, don’t worry, you can log back in anytime to resume your training, all of your unfinished modules and chapters are bullet pointed with grey dots.
Tests and Certificates
How are the courses assessed?
Each course is assessed online at the end of the training in the form of multiple choice questions. Results will be calculated instantly.
What happens next after I pass?
Your digital certificate will be emailed to you within 1 working days
Your original laminated certificate will be posted to you, it is usually delivered within 2-3 working days.
What if I failed my test?
Don’t worry if you are not successful in your first attempt of the assessment, you can retake it as many times as you need until you pass it, there is no extra charge for this.
