Training Course Step by Step Guide

Step 2:

Each module is made up with a number of chapters, select the first chapter

Step 3:

Take your time to read through notes of each chapter, when you are ready to move on to the next chapter, select ‘Mark Complete’

Step 4:

Repeat the above steps, until you have completed all of the chapters and modules. You can revisit any modules or chapters until your are confident with the course content to start your assessment

Step 5:

Each assessment question consists of 4 answers, select which one you think is correct, click on ‘Next’

Step 6:

After you have answered all questions, the assessment result will be calculated instantly. If you have passed, select ‘Click Here to Continue’ to complete the course. If you have failed, click ‘Restart Assessment’ to try again until you pass.

Step 7:

If you have passed the assessment, you will be taken to the course main page, here you can print and download your digital certificate. Course Completed

Running out of time to complete a course? Don’t worry, you can simply log off, then log back in another time to resume your course. All of your completed modules/chapters have a green bullet point, modules with grey bullet points are yet to start. Select the first grey bullet point to resume your course
