Sometimes there may be temporary differences between online ratings and rating sticker displayed
It could be because
- Your business has appealed its latest rating and is awaiting the result
- the local authority is in the process of uploading the new rating to FSA website
Local authorities upload ratings at least every 28 days. If you cannot find a rating for your business then you will need to contact the local authority responsible for inspecting the business.
